My name is Carly, the owner of Camellia Permanent Makeup (formerly known as Camellia Cosmetics). I am a Licensed Tattoo Practitioner and Professional Makeup Artist, proudly serving the Michiana area. With a decade of experience in makeup artistry and over six years specializing in permanent cosmetics, I have earned 20+ certifications, training under renowned artists such as Bowler Esthetics, Julie Kim, and MOKO Boston. I take my education extremely seriously and believe there is always more to learn. My expertise spans Permanent and Paramedical ( Areola 3D restoration for Breast Cancer Survivors) Cosmetics, Pmu education, Tattooing, and Bridal Makeup. At Camellia, my mission is to help each client feel beautiful, confident, and renewed or helping my students work towards a better brighter future in the Pmu industry! I am passionate about crafting personalized looks that enhance my clients’ natural beauty while providing a space where they feel pampered and appreciated. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Bookings At Camellia Permanent Makeup, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of beauty services. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.A retainer fee/ deposit of $35-$100 is required to book any service - this will be deducted from the appointment cost. Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo or PayPal. A card on file must be placed when scheduling. Cancellations We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, we kindly ask that you provide 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Retainer fees are non refundable but can be applied to a new appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time with no means of reschedule are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply. Missed Appointments While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
